Black and White Brooklyn Bath

These owners decided to stick with a simple black and white contrast for their master bath. Large format black hex tiles are lined with a light gray grout and provide an anchor for the new wall tile – a classic subway tile laid in a straight grid pattern. The store bought vanity was customized to accommodate the plumbing and topped with a piece of Carrera marble. Three niches were added in the shower to keep all of the bathing accessories neatly organized. The old door was replaced with a custom built shaker unit with a laminated glass insert, allowing plenty of light in while preserving privacy. Truly a well thought out, functional and beautiful master bath.
