Uptown Apartment Renovation

This Upper East Side apartment was in dire need of a makeover. 3 Bathrooms, 3 Bedrooms, a forgotten galley Kitchen and a Living Room space were all stripped and rebuilt. A chef’s kitchen was created with considerable thought given to function and flow. Storage was increased, small appliance found functional homes and top of the line appliances were installed, including a commercial grade range. A marble butcher block top with integral knife storage is the cherry on top. 2 Bathrooms received custom showers with integral benches and storage niches, both drenched in hand made tile and marble accents. The Master Bedroom received a wall full of storage including an integrated work space that tucks away nicely when not in use. The original white oak floors were refinishes giving new life to a beautiful home.
