ABOUT THE PROJECT
The large entry of this house had a lot of unused space. The owners needed more storage for themselves and their two children and desired a full bathroom on the first floor.
OUR SOLUTION
A small addition added square footage below an upstairs bedroom and created a proper entrance to the house. Custom built-ins, featuring shoe racks and drawers, and a large coat closet provided some much needed storage. A frameless, glass enclosed shower and iridescent mosaic floor tile, brought a touch of elegance and style to the new first floor bathroom.
