What is a turnkey solution?
Definition of Turnkey:
- Supplied, installed, or purchased in a condition ready for immediate use, occupation, or operation. Examples: a turnkey housing project or turnkey computer system where everything is set up for you to turn it on and use it.
- Of or relating to something supplied, installed, or purchased in this manner: a turnkey agreement.
- Fully equipped or ready to go into operation.
That means that as your contractor, we agree to complete your home renovation or construction project for an agreed-upon amount and within an agreed-upon time frame. AMC will offer you a turnkey contract, and it doesn’t matter how complex your project or design may be, or even if you know what you want but you’re not sure where to start, or even how it should be done.
When the contract terms are fulfilled and the day of promised completion has arrived, you turn the key, enter your home and the job is done at the anticipated price. With over two decades of construction experience, we have all the resources we need at our command. That’s because, over the years, we have built strong working relationships across the spectrum of the business, including architects, designers, engineers, suppliers, specialized consultants and contractors and even expediters, if needed, who can “expedite” approvals and permits through relevant town departments.
